Welcome to the District 7 Toastmasters Blog.
District 7, operational since 1940, is one of 81 Toastmaster districts worldwide. Geographically, it includes Oregon west of the Cascades to the coast, a small part of Southern Washington and Northern California. In Washington state District 7 includes the counties of: Klickitat, Skamania, Clark, Sahkiakum and Cowlits. In California District 7 includes the counties of: Del Norte and Modoc.
